I support women who carry too much, emotionally, mentally, and often quietly. My work centers on safety, boundaries, nervous-system settling, and helping you step out of patterns of overgiving. I understand how cultural, family, and societal expectations can shape the way women learn to care for others at their own expense. With me, you don't have to be the strong one or hide how overwhelmed you are. Therapy is slow, grounding, and restorative, giving you space to finally breathe and be.
